Neshama is NNLS’s soulful singing circle, which takes place at various services and events throughout the year.

At a Neshama Kabbalat Shabbat, we take our songful, participatory Friday night services to the next level, for an even more spiritually nourishing experience.

What you’ll notice:
- Seating will be organised a little differently to bring us closer together and amplify our voices
- There will be some new (easy!) melodies alongside old favourites
- The service will be slower and include more silence, so we will end a bit later (7:45pm)
- Minchah & Ma'ariv will be as usual
