Preserving Our Tradition: Pickling Workshop and Torah Study
Rabbi Lara Haft Yom-Tov & Carli Lessof
Just as the Torah is passed down from generation to generation, family recipes help us preserve culture. In this interactive workshop, we'll explore links between the fine art of pickling vegetables and rabbinic wisdom on preserving our sacred mesorah, all while making quick-pickles to take home for Yom-Tov. Bring your own jars, we'll bring the Torah and the pickling ingredients!
