Join Masorti Judaism to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the Yom Kippur War.
Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg and Rabbi Chaim Weiner will be in conversation with members of the Israeli activist group Yom Kippur 1973 warriors fighting for democracy: group leader Lieutenant Colonel (Reserves) Eyal Yaffe, veteran of the 73 war and Uzi Ben Zvi, who fought on the Suez Canal.
Join us to hear about how fighting in that war has inspired their fight for democracy in modern-day Israel.
