Leon Fenster: The Creation of A New Illuminated Haggadah

Just in time for Pesach, a new Illuminated Haggadah will be published from Leon Fenster, the artist behind the nine-storey London Jewish Mural at JW3. Created over 7 years, this is the first Illuminated Haggadah containing original artwork to be published in the UK in decades.

Anyone familiar with Leon’s work will not be surprised that this is a Haggadah bursting at the seams with kaleidoscopic art and ideas, bringing the whole world to your table: from a Broadway-style version of Dayeinu to famous artists of history creating their own Haggadah. From Seders in space to reimagining the great medieval Haggadot.

Leon will discuss the creative process behind the work, as well as the great Haggadot of the past from which he drew inspiration.
